location is good

− the payment rules please check this because if someone can pay cash instead of cc ( because there is en issue with it due to the bank) it must be possible. cause it is not the fault of the guest at that moment. the guest is willing to pay cash, so it not that the guest does not have money.

Unless you're okay with poor infrastructure, cockroaches, and unexpected costs, don't come here.

They were accommodating with a temporary baggage storage for guests. The workers at the desk were very friendly and helpful! The location was great with being very close to the Jarvis Center, Times Square, and Port Authority.

− For infrastructure, I had problems with the noise and air conditioner unit placements. Some of the rooms have a door connecting to the room next to it, which is typical, however I could hear EVERYTHING in the other room. It made me uncomfortable as I felt not only that I was unintentionally invading others' privacy but that I also had none of my own. The air conditioner worked well, but the problem was the placement for rooms without windows to outside; my friend had one of these rooms. Her air conditioning was placed in the window in the hallway, which was right over a rug on the floor. There were multiple rooms with air conditioning in the hall. For room cleanliness, it didn't look bad. However, on the last night my friend saw a cockroach in her room; we did not have any food out, so there might be an infestation The most frustrating part for me was the unexpected charge. The night after my stay, I checked my bank account and there was an unexpected charge of $86.07. There was a $100 security deposit, but I saw a processing fee of $100 at the same time of this $86 charge. I didn’t break anything and everything was clean, so I called the next day to ask what the $86 was for. I called twice and no one picked up. It went to an AI that took my information so they could call. I even gave the AI my email in case I missed the call. They never tried to contact me. Please take these words of caution if you are thinking about this place. Also look at other sites for reviews to get a better idea of this place. I feel my experience is very similar to many reviews I seen on Google Maps. I will not be going here again.

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff. Love the indoor outdoor middle sitting area. Was a wonderful stay.

− Didn't like that the shower had no door to close you in so easily got cold unless under the water.

Stay was good for what we needed.

Location. Comfortable. Nice to have a fridge.

− No closet. mosquitoes in room. Maybe room stayed open during house keeping.

The location was very convenient and led to 42 street time square.

− The size of the rooms are decent. I had a king suit the bed was not very comfortable.

Lage des Hotels ist unweit vom Times Square und vom Hudson und somit echt super. Ebenso erreicht man auch schnell die nächste U Bahn Station um von dort aus zu allen möglichen Attraktionen zu kommen. Zimmer waren sehr groß und geräumig was für New York echt selten ist.

− Wir hatten 2 Kingsize Standard Zimmer gebucht. Leider hatten unsere mitreisenden Freunde Pech mit Ihrem Zimmer da die Klimaanlage leider nicht funktioniert hat und es sehr warm im Zimmer war. Entsprechend war an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Auch eine mobile Klimaanlange die installiert war konnte den großen Raum leider nicht abkühlen.
