Un alojamiento increíble! Superó las expectativas. Ubicación inmejorable. Apartamento hermoso, muy amplio, impecable, con TODO lo necesario para que la estancia sea cómoda. Muchos detalles que valoramos un montón. La comunicación y atención excelentes, son super amables y dispuestos. Recomendado 100/100.

Ca’Laura was perfect for our summer stay in Venice! The mini split units kept the apartment perfectly cool for hot days and everything was incredibly clean. The apartment was in the perfect location between the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco.

Very clean, middle of the San Marco, facilities are working very well, and the owner is very helpful , she also advised us to make a reservation for fireworks that was placed in San Marco Basin because of Festa Del Redentore

From the heart, I can tell you that you will feel like home @Ca' Laura. From the umbrellas waiting at the doorstep (the first and part of our second day were rainy, and those umbrellas saved our day ☔️) to wine stopper at the kitchen drawer, from a Tv with the Netflix App to the Vigo piece of the hair dryer (my wife has a very curly hair, we really needed that 🫶🏼) every detail is in the house to make you feel like home. The house is beautifully decorated. (There was a construction going on at the left corner and I witnessed how hard is to renovate the interior of a house in a city like Venice.) The location of the house is very nice, you are in the center of the vibrant city and close to everything, 6 mins to Rialto bridge, 5 minutes to Basilica di San Marco. Elena from the agency who is taking care of the house in the name of the owners was very kind and helpful as well as our host Sabrina. (Despite the fact that I was texting her as Laura in our all correspondence 🙈, I learned on the last day she was actually Sabrina 🐣) They were at the other end of the phone and app whenever needed. We are planning to come back with the kids. 💫

− It is beautiful and nice to be just next to the canal but at the same time a bit noisy. The boats start to work very early nearly around 06:30 am for deliveries and pick-ups, and you hear all the noise inside the bedroom. The bedroom windows should have a blackout curtain or blind as we don't feel comfortable with too much light in the room starting from the very early morning.
