Great location, but a very disappointing experience.

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring Málaga. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and well located. We really liked the accommodation and, under different circumstances, our experience could have been completely different.

− Unfortunately, during our six-night stay, we experienced several power cuts, both during the day and at night. On one occasion, we were left without electricity for the entire night, with no way to charge our phones or properly use the accommodation, which obviously had a significant impact on our experience. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. At no point did the hotel proactively contact us to provide updates or explain what was happening. Every time the power went out, we, as guests, had to repeatedly reach out and ask for information ourselves, only to receive apologies and very little clarification. At around 11 PM, several families, including families with young children who were visibly scared, were outside the hotel waiting for assistance and answers. We appreciate that the hotel refunded us for the night most affected. However, this does not make up for the repeated power cuts throughout our six-night stay or the lack of communication and support. Unexpected problems can happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing.

Perfect location and i would recommend for a short staying, but not for a week+ vacation

the only good thing about this staying was the position, because the hotel is placed in the center of the city, so it was very easy to move around

− We haven’t had electricity for 4 nights out of the seven, the receptionists were very kind but not very present so the problems very practically never solved and the situation was very uncomfortable for us, especially during night where the entrance door remained unlocked. They gave us a room for 2 people even though we were 4 of us and we never requested a smaller room for saving money. The room was very nice but not suitable for 4 people and the airconditiong worked non-stop even when we turned it off. Also It sinked water, creating a very dangerous space

Muy buena ubicación y calidad-precio cuando fuimos fue buenísima. Todo limpio, nuevo y cómodo y nos tocó una habitación exterior con un balcóncito en la cocina que estaba bien equipada y donde nos dejaron tes y cafés con alguna cosa mas de cortesía para un pequeño desayuno.

Camera bellissime, pulite e tutto gestito con la massima cura.

− L’aria condizionata, troppo bassa, faceva molto freddo e non riuscivamo a gestire internamente la temperatura. Abbiamo avuto freddo durante la notte
