Great value for money.
9.0Good location, beautiful room decoration, good breakfast
− Address mentionned in the booking details is not accurate and needs update. The GPS location is better.
False advertised room
1.0The location was 5-7 minutes from Vaparetto stop
− The room did not have a real bed , the room has a pull out bed similar to a sofa couch, and was not comfortable. The room had an awful smell near the door like sewage and there were mosquito in the room and the bathroom. I don’t recommend this room or location. There are many other places to stay. I find that it was too expensive for what I paid , at 200+ Euros/night , it was not worth it and the room is falsely advertised, it’s very dated, the room needs work and the picture makes it look like it’s a bed but it’s not, it’s a Murphy bed similar to the ones that fold into the wall. Very inconvenient and had I known, would not book the room. The carpet was also bad, stay at your own risk. I believe the room is called Venezia “double bed”. Don’t do it , trust me save your money and stay elsewhere!
Was very disappointed with our room being like a basement room
4.0Our room was literally like a basement with hardly any natural light and absolutely zero views
− Our room
Charming accommodation, in a perfect central location with all your needs met.
10.0Location, room and facilities
− Nothing
Great Location but Review Room Photos to Avoid Disappointment
7.0The location was perfectly located. Not the big crowds and yet close enough to get to all the must see sites. Highly recommend this neighborhood.
− I booked three rooms. We had the Superior Double Room. I believe the "superior" is an overstatement. Our room was on floor one with window looking at a wall and the bathroom up the stairs. The second room was at ground level with virtually no natural light. Both rooms were very dark (one was dark red and the other dark blue) which definitely gave it character, but we would have researched more about the room options, assuming the superior term was the nicer room. The third room we had was amazing with a canal view, large windows, and a lot of natural light!! Look at photos and verify what room you get if that is important.
