10.0Lovely house, everything there. Nice area and really helpful hosts.
− Only negative was there was no working main light in the master bedroom, but it didn't hinder our stay.
Lovely stay to see my great grandparents who are local, good distance, nice and quite, overall a lovely house, thank you
7.0The decor was lovely, the doggies loved having the garden to sniff around in, parking very easy and always could find a space
− There were a lot of ants coming in by the back door, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, hair dryer didn’t work, the main light in the bigger bedroom didn’t work either

− Coffee was bad. We arrived late and nothing was open.
Comfortable, characterful property. Perfect!
9.0The house was bright, airy and spacious. A very pleasant outdoor area to sit out. A big, well equipped kitchen.
− If you're a light sleeper, you may wish to shut the bedroom window at night as the bells from the nearby church chime every 15 minutes through the night.

9.0The property is in a great location, parking right outside the house with a permit. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen pretty well equipped, heating worked great. Bed very comfy. Nice little enclosed garden for the dog. Horbury had multiple pubs which we tried, all very friendly and most dog friendly. We had Sunday lunch at the king’s arms just a 5 min walk from the house. Highly recommend. Some good walks pretty much on the door step. A few shops 5 mins walk away. Host was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again.
− Nothing major, just a few suggestions. The back door could do with a lock to keep the bottom part of the stable door attached to the top. Kitchen needs a few bits like, a whisk, measuring jug, wooden spoon. Just bits we came across that we needed but nothing that we couldn’t compromise on. Maybe could also do with an extra wheelie bin as it was already full when we arrived.
