− The light kept going off. The hotel changed the price even after I had booked on your platform. The staff were rude. The room I booked was given to someone else and I was told I had to be moved to another hotel
I won't use this crazy hotel again
2.0The room is clean. The food service is good price. Room cleaning stuff is nice. The location of the hotel is a little difficult to find, but it takes about 5 minutes by walk from the main road and is convenient for transportation.
− Reception suff is terrible response. I texted them something on booking.com but their response is very late. They always try to get extra money from the guest. The wifi is very poor like their hearts.
To avoid next time
1.0− Hello to who will read this, The hotel is very nice but it can be to noisy in the night because it seems rules of silence do not apply. I had an horrible night because of the noise others drunk customers did all night trough with loud music and shouting from other clients/or visitors on the outside bar.. really really bad and if is up to me I will never return there.

10.0The staff, quiet environment, ease of accessibility and the room itself. The size of the room was cool, and my little baby loved the bed so much.
