Beautiful place to stay surrounded by trees and forest.
10.0The house is nestled amongst the beautiful quiet forest, with serene views from every window. The living area has a lovely fireplace with views of the top of the trees. Just gorgeous!
Cosy, clean and warm
10.0The house was exceptionally well stocked with every amenity you might need. Even down to a variety of oils for the oil burner. Warm, tidy, clean and cosy for a girls weekend away from work and family. Walked through the forest, explored the area and watch a movie. 1 small car and 2 larger cars fitted into the carport. Can't praise it enough.

10.0A beautiful place to nestle up over winter in Sassafras. Everything was so clean, well presented and comfortable. Great kitchen facilities with a cosy and spacious living area and smart TV. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of Sassafras. Our host Lorenna was very responsive and helpful at every stage. We had a lovely time!
− Not a negative but just something for future guests. We considered bringing our dog but didn't in the end which was the right decision in hindsight. If you have a medium sized dog who requires a fenced outdoor space, this place may not be the right fit. There is a patio/balcony with railings but no enclosed yard or grassy area for pet toileting etc.
My daughter and I enjoyed a relaxing winter stay. We loved relaxing by the fire and chilling out. The village was so clo

8.0Beautiful setting. Good kitchen. Warm and cosy. Comfortable beds.
− Parking and access. There should be information regarding how difficult this property is for people with mobility issues or small children. Carrying a baby up and down those many wet wooden stairs from the carport to the front door would be dangerous. And as for negotiating them with toddlers!
