8.0Eine sehr ruhige Gegend mit vielen Spazierwegen und guter Busanbindung in die Stadt. Fußläufig etwas eine halbe Stunde auf beschatteten Wegen am Fuß entlang. Das Quartier ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit bei weiteren Fragen.

8.0Die Wohnung war sehr praktisch und - gemessen an den üblichen Übernachtungspreisen in Passau - sehr günstig. Sie ist allerdings wahrscheinlich nicht so gut mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen.

10.0The place is a bit in the outskirts of Passau, but it is great if that's what you want. Great walking tours from there, but also easy to reach the city. There was small balcony with view towards trees, but if you sit a bit to the side you actually have great view to the river and dam. The place itself was very comfortable and clean, the bed was really good to sleep in as well. Overall, my boyfriend and I loved it!
− I wasn't aware there's this really big hill next to the apartment, so when going out for the city you need to be prepared for that. But it it also on me for not informing myself properly.
