The apartment was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of bed linens and towels for our entire stay, and everything was spotless. We especially appreciated that, after we asked, we were allowed to check in about two hours before the official check-in time, which meant a lot to us after our journey. We are truly grateful for that.

− Unfortunately, our overall experience was not what we expected. The location is not the best, as there is nothing particularly interesting nearby, and the terrace is almost unusable due to an unpleasant smell and dirt. The apartment was not sufficiently equipped for five people for six nights – basic items such as toilet paper, kitchen towels, and cleaning cloths were missing, and the soap provided was very small. After the journey, we were not even welcomed with a bottle of water. The photos in the listing do not match the actual condition, and the apartment is not comfortable for five people, as one person has to sleep on the sofa in the living room. The biggest issue was entering the apartment on the first night – the unlock link did not work. Although we immediately contacted support and explained the urgency, we did not receive a solution for a long time and were left outside the door for almost two hours around midnight, with children. We sent a video as proof, but they claimed they had not received it. Only after a neighbor threatened to call the police was a new link sent, which worked immediately. We did not receive any compensation or a proper apology, and they later tried to shift the blame onto us, even though we have evidence of everything. This incident significantly ruined our vacation and left a very bad impression of the apartment and the host.

地址还可以，和市中心很近，和地铁口也很近。房间也比较安静

− 如果有欢迎的饮用水就更好，刚到达喝水比较重要。窗帘如果更厚一点能遮挡更多阳光，这样可以更加地提升睡眠的质量。

Spacious apartment

Very big apartment with 3 bedrooms and two toilets with a modern shower each. The living room and the kitchen were very spacious and the view from the 7th floor was relaxing. You could see clearly the Montjuic castle. There were a few grocery stores nearby 2-3 minutes walk and a few nice coffee shops about 5 minutes walk away. Generally it was a good stay but not value for money.

− The location was far away from all places of interest. The route to them was slow by taxi due to traffic and the metro connections were terrible since you had to walk a lot to get another line(especially the connection at Diagonal station with line 3 (green line). Only Sagrada familia was easy getting there through the metro. The bus option was also not good as they were usually crowded. We didn't like the owner policy regarding the bedsheets and towels. We booked for a week and they didn't replace them at all. When we enquired they requested €25 per change, so we used the available washing machine which is something you prefer avoiding during holidays. Also the communication with the owners i.e. Stay Unique was mostly in Spanish which is not our language. Finally, the apartment was not very clean in various parts and had some damages (sofa cloth, leakage one of the toilet and broken parquet flooring on the other)

La ubicación es buen, zona tranquila, puedes ir con niños incluso.

− Solo cuentan con 2 baños, los tachos son muy chicos, no tiene televisión de cable
