Beautiful views, relaxing decor, modern amenities.

− Spa stationed next door to neighbors window, lacked privacy. Used half of spa as lid very heavy, unable to remove. Wooden posts as steps to spa unsafe. Need handrail for steps up to house. Lawn contractor arrived while house rented. Outside furnishing lacked comfort, no outdoor cushions.
