BEWARE TOURISTS!!!Horrible misrepresented rude and aggressive dirty disgusting property.

BEWARE TOURISTS!!!! Nothing! This property is misrepresentation of what the property actually is. Beware owners live in the house and has access to your rooms thru a door on each side and did not use a key. You cannot get out but they can come in. Very unsafe property! Owner called us across the street from the actual villa address of casa aloha and told us to come into his run down dirty creepy horse stable turned into muggy single rooms. He told us he has casa maria available only which is not what you see in the pictures. What he brought us to was shockingly different. Only 1 bed in a room with bathroom. We paid for a 2bdr villa which the owner keeps changing the description online. All his reviews are fake to lure unsuspecting tourists to get robbed. The owner saw 2 of our guests waiting in the car which were not checking in but going to the beach with us. The owner got very aggressive demanding we pay for the 2 people that are not staying with us. He demanded $300 and taxes and fees which we said no way! He tried to say that was the price for someone that could sleep on the dirty disgusting futon couch. Which again nobody else was staying there beside 2 people. How ghetto. They are not staying with us. We asked the owner for full a refund because it said on the description that we had the whole house and villa with privacy. The owner has sectioned off his house into rooms that he is acting like is a whole house which it's his house. No privacy. Owner rude and aggressive and kept shouting trying to force us to sign documents and to give our passports which at this point we felt very unsafe. I called booking com to tell them and they did nothing about this. They tried to make us stay at an unsafe and aggressively rude property and no refund or responses!!!!We left immediately after the owner got so aggressive and demanding towards us.

Enkelt men okej boende

Enkelt boende lite utanför centrums puls. Bra med eget kök och ok utrustning i köket- fint att kunna laga sin egna mat. Grill fanns också fast vi använde inte den. Badrum med dusch, bidè och toalett- helt ok, lite slitet men bra vattentryck i duschen. Trevligt med egen uteplats och egen kostnadsfri parkering. Mur runt fastigheten och en grind som låses på nätterna. Fint med fruktträd i trädgården där vi fick plocka otroligt goda fikon. Gaspare var tillgänglig så fort man var i boendet och han gav av massor av tips och råd. Vi tycker om att promenad så vi gick till stranden och restauranger, tar ca 15-20 minuter att gå till stranden.

− Jag tycker att beskrivningen av boendet är felaktigt, det finns ingen restaurang eller snackbar och definitivt inte havsutsikt. Gaspare bor själv i fastigheten och det finns två lägenheter med var sin uteplats. Uteplatserna skiljs åt av en tunn skärmvägg så det är lyhört. Även lyhört inne i lägenheten.
