− Заселиться не удалось, т.к. вилла отличалась на той, что была на фотографиях. На территории ничего не было- один колодец и качели. Рядом заброшенный дом. Обстановка так себе. Пришлось с детьми быстро искать другой вариант размещения, благо ехали с экскурсии с местными, которые очень нам помогли. Вилла, которая на фото вмещает 6 человек и находится в 200х метрах от той, что предлагали к съему, что совсем не подходило, т.к. нас было 8 человек. Об этом всем не предупреждали перед заселением.

Well kept villa in a peaceful location with amazing scenery. Lovely pool. Helpful staff. Conveniently located, 5 minute in a tuk tuk from lots of restaurants. Short walk to the beach to see turtles! Highly recommend, we had a fantastic stay!

We liked everything about this property. It was by far the nicest place, we stayed whilst travelling around Sri Lanka. The property is beautifully designed. It’s very spacious, spotlessly clean and is decorated in a modern stylish way. The kitchen is particularly well equipped with everything you might need including a washing machine. Even the washing powder was provided! The location is a real plus. There are lush gardens surrounding the accommodation and the setting is both peaceful and relaxing. The pool area is very inviting but we spent most of our time during the day at the beach which is just a ten minute walk away. In the evening, the owners put us in touch with a Tuk Tuk driver who took us wherever we wanted to go at a reasonable price. There are a number of lovely places to eat close to the beach and Unawatuna itself has a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were very sorry to leave!

− There are steps to the property which might be a problem if guests have mobility issues.

Хорошая вилла, в тихом месте, приходят обезьянки. Есть бассейн на две виллы, большой и чистый. Все принадлежности на кухне есть, на любой вопрос хозяин найдет ответ и поможет. До пляжа спокойным шагом минут 10-15. Рекомендую.

The location was lovely, the grounds were well kept and spectacular. There were monkeys in the trees and beautiful birds flying around. It was peaceful and tranquil with a very chilled atmosphere. The staff team were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The owner was attentive and helpful, he booked trips for us and helped in whatever way he could. Everything was clean and fresh and well cared for. We had a wonderful holiday.

The pol was nice. Also the balcony with hammock. Bed was super comfortable.

− The one bedroom challet could use some more furniture. Maybe some place to hand on the first floor. Its just a small kitchen there. There is no breakfast wich is rare in Sri Lanka. The location is not pleasant. It could be problematic to reach ir by foot at night so you need to bike.
