− Leider war die Wohnung etwas schmuddelig. Wir mussten in der Küche zuerst putzen (die Handgriffe der Küchenkästen waren klebrig und der Schüttstein sah benutzt aus.., der Boden war etwas staubig). Zudem hat sich noch eine Maus in die Küche geschlichen, sodass wir das Essen gut wegsperren mussten.

Perfectly clean, very comfortable beds.

− Noisy. Flights above us, kids screaming and shouting all day, loud waterpipe in the garden. No fan. No safe indoor.

Short walk from station, shops, eateries and Thames Path. It was nice to have some outside space. Communication from property staff was prompt and helpful. Would probably use again if visiting the area.

− The only negative thing I could say is that the property is generally just a bit 'tired'.

Location was awesome and communication was excellent

Spacious, clean, convenient location, good value to money. I recommend for families.

Good location. 3 minutes walk from Mortlake train station, 20 minutes by train to Waterloo station. Apartment is spacious for family of 4. Big plus for heating that was turned on when we arrived so it was warm. There is bakery and TESCO in the nearby. 2 electric sockets have USB-A port. Kitchen is fully equipped - including toster. There is washing machine and drying machine. Host is responding fast and is very helpful.

− it's hard to find something. If I would like to be very picky, you can hear planes flying from around 5 a.m. so if somebody is very, very sensitive to noise then might wake up early. Walls and floors are pretty thin so you can here neighbors in the evening. I would suggest replacing all the electric sockets in the rooms with USB-A or USB-C so if guest do not have enough adapters they still can charge their phones. But all of these are minors and we really enjoyed our stay.
