− The manager is very arrogant. He does not know how to treat the guests. He forced to take pictures of my 6 and 8 years old kids as a document to take entry into the hotel. Even though room was smelling bad, asked for room freshener to be sprayed, they didn't respond. The room they give was feeling and smelling like garbage yard. Upon complaints he exchanged with another room in same line. The bottom line is, even though hotels are for stay, but we make good memories in our travel. It was my second visit to the property because of my earlier experience with the property. This time it was worst experience mostly for the arogant manager.
