2.0Booked room online, arrived and was told I booked a new room, however when I got to room, there were dirty foot prints in the shower, toilet rocked, room smelled bad, no working ceiling lights just exposed wire ,tv outdated, and ROACHES. Front desk staff were friendly though.

2.0We were put in a room next to all night yelling . TV quit working power outlets didn't all work Furniture ate away.
