Decent comfortable bed and wardrobe facility and a decent sized bathroom with reasonable shower included. Most types of furniture chairs/tables etc were provided and of a reasonable standard. A supermarket was within walking distance and the town centre isn’t far away if you need more facilities. Parking was reasonable and felt safe, and the owner was helpful and quick to respond with all aspects of our stay when asked. WiFi and TV were also good for our needs.

− It doesn’t have enough worktop space for any sort of food preparation/cooking and the minimum of cups, plates etc was unnecessarily tight. My main issue though was the road noise and the somewhat hidden placement in the block when booking (unless I missed something), in that it is basically at the front side of the block (not shown in the photos) and therefore effectively roadside relative to one wall of the main living areas. Although the windows in the bedroom were relatively small and only one window in the main room, therefore noise was lessened, as well as natural light levels being low as a consequence; some decent curtains in both rooms would help dull outside noise down and help alleviate the slight echo from the hard surfaced interior in the main room. For me it would also give the apartment a slightly cosier feel. I am sensitive to noise so this is both relative and obviously personal.
