God frokost med drikke og kaffe inkludert, flott utendørsområde med tre ulike basseng og fint for barn med aktiviteter og lekeområde, samt miniklubb. Innendørsbasseng med boblebad og spa behandlinger. Fantastisk utsikt fra takterassen. Fine rom og masse skapplass. Veldig fint område med promenade langs stranda med masse restauranter, isbarer, butikker osv. Allergener står merket på rettene til både frokost og middag. Stort sett hyggelig personell.

− Dårlig rengjøring av dusjvegger og svart mugg på fuger både i dusj på rommet og i garderobe til spa. Var sølvkre på badet på rommet. Buffetmiddagen tilsvarte ikke våre forventninger til et 5 stjerners hotell da det manglet litt variasjon og valgmuligheter. Måtte betale ekstra for vann (og annen drikke) på middagen selv om de hadde dispenservann og dispenser juice tilgjengelig.

Absolutely everything. The hotel is beautiful, modern and incredibly luxurious, with exceptional attention to detail throughout. The service was outstanding. every member of staff was professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The facilities, rooms and overall atmosphere were fantastic. Everything felt very high-end and we were extremely well looked after throughout our stay. A truly exceptional hotel.

Great vacation place - better than expected

Good Food, good location, perfect sea, clean rooms, smiling and supportive stuff. we enjoyed everything. A warm welcome message left in our room in our mother tongue was a small but very lovely gesture. Also, we had a delay on arrival due to heavy traffic and there was some snacks left in our room to let us have something to eat. It was a great start. Croatia is never a cheap place to have vacation, but this hotel really pays it's value.

− My son had a small slip and fall incident near the pool even though he was not running. When I asked for a nurse or doctor, they said they don't have it, instead they shared First aid kit. The kit needs to be updated - not sufficient enough for a first aid to open wounds. they next day I walked around the area where he fall and cut himself and realized that there are some broken tiles - facility management needs to check this and at least clear the area within the day. Also, it's stated everywhere that sunbed reservation through leaving towels is not allowed. But in reality, almost all sunbeds around the pool and beach are reserved via towels. We tried to be civil and obey the rule but weren't able to find a place. Staff around the pool and beach should be a bit direct for those who don't obey the one simple rule.
