The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of the metro (only 2 stops from Sukhumvit), with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The larger shopping mall further down the road offers an amazing variety of shops and food, while another smaller mall is just opposite the hotel. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the washer/dryer worked well. Service was also impeccable, especially from Pla at the front desk. She was attentive and extremely helpful. When I had a personal issue with my initial room, she arranged a room change quickly and efficiently, and even had my luggage moved into the new room by the time I returned.

− The only minor inconvenience was the short walk to the metro when it rains, as there is limited shelter along the way. Other than that, I found very little to complain about during my stay. Check with the hotel on room facing before you book. Certain room types face the main road traffic. It can get pretty noisy.

Instead, the employee became angry and told me, “If you don’t like the hotel, leave today.” Imagine reporting a serious cleanliness and pest issue, only to be treated with this kind of disrespect instead of receiving proper assistance. It was already nighttime, but the employee showed absolutely no concern for my situation and made no effort to offer a reasonable solution. As a result, I left the hotel the following morning because I simply could not stay there any longer. Honestly, this hotel is not worth the money at all. What made the experience even worse was the extremely poor attitude of the staff and the complete lack of respect toward guests and their complaints. A very, very disappointing experience. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking it.
