Great location, majority of the staff was friendly and helpful, clean hotel, good breakfast.

− Unfortunatley me and my fam needed help with a delayed baggage situation so the hotel staff was sweet to allow me to use their work phone to contact the airlines (since its a European airlines number I had no way to call the euro airlines with my US cellphone). There was a gentleman worker 1 night that helped and also next day I think shes a manager they both helped out alot. They literally stayed on the phone until I could speak with someone in the airlines. But ill never forget there was one female worker that called the airlines for me and then after literally a FEW SECONDS she gave up and said noone answered. She basically gave up on trying to help me. Thats not okay. If i was the worker there id be more than happy to help and stay on the phone until someone answered. Then when I saw her again on our last day there to give the key card back she gave me attitude. She needs to work on her customer service. She ruined the whole experience with the stay there.

La propreté, la situation près de la Sagrada Familia

− Le petit-déjeuner, un vrai désastre ! Manque de personnel, donc les tables ne sont pas débarrassée à temps, beaucoup de plats vides et idem pour les tasses couverts et bols. Aucun fruit de saison.

Did not like the property

− Staff not good, two staff talking with each other in their language not acknowledging or made us wait during check in. Room was small & when I lied down in the bed something bit me, could be a bug, My arms was itchy so I have to take my allergy medicine to stop the itching. The AC was not cool so we told the front desk about the AC & to have the linens changed. The AC was not fixed so we slept with hot room, also not sure if the linens were changed, no word from the staff. So for the second time we told the staff in the staff in the reception about the accept & linens to be changed. No acknowledgement from the staff because we slept with warm room.
