− Single beds were not very comfortable gor adults. Also, materesses were not soft. Also, check out at 10am is not acceptable for this standard and price.

Местоположение отличное, уютный посёлок со всеми удобствами. Дом комфортный, просторный, полный набор посуды и всего необходимого.

− За две недели поменяли полотенца два раза. При заселении сообщили, что смеситель в душе сломан, пришел сантехник, залез в ванную в грязной обуви, починил, но за собой не убрал. В предпослелний день пребывания сломался бойлер с горячей водой, отрубилось электричество во всём доме, пришёл электрик, отключил горячую воду, сказал пока мыться холодной и ушёл, при этом везде наследил, на вопрос о уборке, сказал обращаться завтра на ресепшн, не его вопрос.

We regularly visit Aphrodite Hills resort for short vacations and usually book apartments but this time we chose a private villa as we travelled with kids and parents. It is always a pleasure to use facilities of the resort and play sports, like tennis, paddle, basketball, football and golf. This time due to really cold weather during our stay I liked that water heating was working fast and properly, there were plenty of extra warm blankets and pillows in wardrobes. The kitchen is really well equipped for all occasions with plenty of cupboards. There was hair dryer available and warm slippers. The complement box of Christmas pastries was a very pleasant surprise. I noticed that shampoos, gel and soap bottles were replaced with stationary ones of a good organic brand instead of single use ones and I really appreciate that.

− The weather was quite cold during the first couple of nights (5C at night, 15C day time) and property had only AC suits, which do not really provide proper heating for big spaces. Villa is properly equipped only for summer season, the front door has a huge hole down and really freezing tiles in common areas without carpet, which makes it much warmer. Old fashioned wooden shutters do not provide enough sun light if closed and can't be regulated. Doors have old handles that make really bad creaky noise especially at night. TV does not have free channels, only Youtube, it would be nice to make a corporate Netflix account and provide for free to guests. Overall, I believe that some units need to be renovated or upgraded since the time they were built. Also I would recommend to make QR codes for discounts available for guests, replacing physical cards, as they can be easily forgotten or misplaced. The same applies to keys, it's better to install new secure locks with cards, cameras or different secure access system due to increased level of thefts in Cyprus for better safety of visitors and security purposes.

The Sergio of the villa and it had everything you needed.

− No clothes pins. Couldn’t find outdoor garbage.More garbage bags.
