10.0Excellent service at C Central Resort The Palm. Johnson at the concierge was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well-maintained, welcoming, and offers a high standard of hospitality. A very pleasant experience overall.

10.0I am just amazed by how friendly everyone was. All staff super nice and not pushy. Amazing job and I’m definitely coming back to Dubai and staying here. I’m going to recommend this place to friends.
A great experience
8.0C Central Buffet completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like kings. The staff are extremely vigilant, warm, and highly professional — attentive without ever being intrusive. We especially admire the professionalism of Shwe, Rose (the manager), and Fawad, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect. While these are the team members we interacted with the most, it’s clear that everyone here operates on another level. The food is simply unbelievable — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Every dish was delicious, and the variety never compromises quality. Overall, the entire experience was worth everything. Service, food, atmosphere — everything was exceptional. A place we will absolutely return to. Highly recommended.

10.0I stayed here last week with my mum. We had the best stay and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and all facilities were great. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of my mum :)
