4.0Very basic apartment. Very noisy. Needs many improvements. Not a good value for money. Communication was the best thing this apartment had (Valeria is very kind and helpful)
Terrible maintenance, will not return
4.0We rented a 2 bedroom apartment in this place for 7 nights in August. They demand paying the full amount on check-in, rather than the usual check-out. The apartment had an equipped kitchen and has an oven and also a laundry machine. TV works only in the leaving room. There were 2 bathrooms with toilets. One of them was full with wetness all over and therefore was useless. The balcony had broken floor which was dangerous for the kids. The bedrooms were large and beds were ok, they changed the sheets and towels once during our stay. The parking is paid daily separately and does not belong to the place itself. There is no pool in this place, unlike how it may seem in their website or any reservations website. You can go nearby to some random pool and pay the entrance fees of the pool itself. The building is AWFUL!! It is NOT maintained in any way. Super dirty, there is ugly black mob everywhere, many holes in the walls and huge hole in the ceiling of the ground floor (they prefer to put buckets, rather then fixing the hole in the pipe there). The location of the building is the only thing that gives the 2nd star to this place - front line to the beach. We will not return there.

8.0Great location right by the beach, and some of the better bars and restaruants on the strip. Nice balcony, steady Wifi. Swimming pool at bar Sirena right opposite.
