Je n’ai pas aimé mon choix d’hôtel, cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas 300€ la nuit !

Pas grand chose

− Très cher par rapport au service, et son emplacement. Supposé avoir vue sur la ville et obtenue la vie sur les rails de la gare. Petit déjeuner non prêt à l’ouverture et ceci tous les jours de mon séjour donc vous payez un petit déjeuné mais vous ne pouvez pas en profiter ! C’est pas compliqué d’avoir un plateau de mini croissants prêt à l’ouverture ?! Ce n’est pas comme s’ils étaient fait maison et qu’il y avait d’autre viennoiseries ! Bref j’aurais du choisir le Radisson blu, meilleur emplacement pour visites et excursions et meilleur petit déjeuné !

On a positive note, I enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the selection offered. However, the organization could be significantly improved. The tables are poorly arranged, leaving guests feeling cramped, with people constantly passing too close to one another. Additionally, having all the breakfast options concentrated in one area creates unnecessary congestion and overcrowding. Better management of the space and a more thoughtful layout would greatly improve the overall experience.

− For a four-star hotel, I’m very disappointed with the room and the lack of basic amenities. There is no safe, no wardrobe, no fridge, and no drawer to store personal belongings. On top of that, the temperature cannot be set above 23°C, which makes it difficult to adjust the room to my comfort. Regardless of the hotel’s style, these are basic facilities I would expect from a four-star property. Unfortunately, the room falls below a 4* hotel expectations. Regarding the parking, we were informed at check-in by the receptionist that the hotel had a partnership with a nearby parking facility offering a 20% discount if we registered our number plate, which we did. However, after leaving the parking to go on a trip and returning the following day, we were charged the full amount when we left on the third day. The receptionist had not informed us that we needed to provide our number plate every time we re-entered the parking. This lack of communication resulted in us losing the promised discount. Better communication from the reception team would have prevented this situation, and I believe the hotel should take responsibility for the inconvenience and consider reimbursing the difference.
