First rate service - a credit to the staff

We arrived late travelling from Somerset and Justin was extremely helpful sorting out our check in and car park arrangements. The following morning we had a late breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by the care and attention we received from the breakfast team comprising Fran, Lisa And Sigyn who went above and beyond our expectations from this hotel chain. As we had a funeral to attend later the same day we were able to use the foyer as a waiting area before we departed. During this time the staff were always asking if there was anything we needed, again a lovely touch. We would definitely use this hotel again if and when we are in the area.

Can't fault, it was fabulous. Well looked after by Liam and Lauren from night staff.

We randomly pucked this Premier during a long journey when it became clear we werent goung to make it to pur destination that night due to multiple diversions. We arrived after midnight after 6 hours of driving and received the warmest of welcomes from Lauren and Liam. When they heard of pur journey they wanted to make sure we had a drink and checked we haf eaten. We sat at the bar for half and hour and Liam was bery attentive. Wr had a lovely room, very comfortable bed and when we came down for breakfast Liam had just finished his duty and but came over to ask if we had slept and again after we had finished our fabulous breakfast.

First class for absolutely everything. Such efficient, happy staff. Very clean and warm, comfortable accommodation with fabulous food.

Don’t bother if you don’t like puffed up pillows

Only one size pillow that always gives me a stiff neck (no alternative pillows available at reception). The only saving grace to this hotel was it wasn’t located near a busy road junction so not too much traffic noise. Breakfast buffet was ok

Absolutely fantastic hotel. the room was small but comfortable, the new menu is delicious with a lot of choice. The staff made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door.

On 15th August 2025 myself and my now wife had the first part of our Legal ceremony. We stayed at the Premier inn A14 with our best friends and witnesses who unbeknown to us had spoken with the premier inn on our arrival and asked for our room to be able to check in early and gave them a just married banner to put in the room for us while we were out. The staff at Premier inn A14 done more than just that they even left us a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us on our arrival back at the hotel at no charge. Thank you to the staff members who did all this for us you know who you were, it was very much appreciated. Many Thanks
