The service is excellent and they were very helpful and nice. Everything is smooth. The rooms is comfy and value for money is amazing. Location is nice as well

− Some people play loud music in the morning which makes it difficult to relax.

clean hotel in quieter part of town. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean.

− the staff where friendly but didnt speak any English. we had to leave at 9.30am and werent served breakfast before despite being told in the evening that breakfast would be at 9am.

The AC worked well, and the room had a pleasant smell when we first walked in. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful — a real bright spot during the stay.

− The room and bathroom were noticeably dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks — grime and buildup were visible throughout. The floor was equally bad, with dirt and filth that clearly hadn’t been touched in a long time. It was obvious that no proper cleaning had been done for quite a while. I found insects on the bed on two separate occasions. This is simply inexcusable for any hotel, regardless of price point. There was no drinking water available for purchase, which is a basic necessity — especially in Dahab’s heat. There was also no phone in the room, and the front desk was too far away to reach easily when needed.
