The kitchen

− The property is not taken care of bins over flowing with rubbish rubbish bags on the floor spot lights hanging out the kitchen celin smoke alarm wires hanging out the celins the back door wasn't locking and no one came out o complane to the property and no one came i asked back for my money so could go somewhere else and they said they compensate me but no one came. Kitchen hallway you can see where iys been leaking. I didn't want to say here but had no choice because I couldn't speak to anyone the property manager was ment to come friday it's now Monday and I'm at home these people don't care i left your property clean the only thing needed to be done is change the beds i would like a refund and the garden that's full of weeds and cigarette butts

I like the location and bathroom were good

− It’s nothing like what it shows in the photos rooms are pretty small also the garden it’s so small like it doesn’t exist and floor is very squeaky can’t walk in the walkway without waking everyone up.

Not the best airbnb.

A good number of rooms.

− Several issues need attention. The carpets had a noticeable smell and would benefit from a deep clean. In the largest bedroom, the TV had a poor Wi-Fi connection—if there was any connection at all—and there was no TV in the living room. While the kitchen was well-equipped, the tea and coffee containers were empty, seemingly for display purposes only. After travelling a long way, a cup of tea would have been very welcoming. The smallest room smelled of cigarettes, with visible stains on the walls and inside the wardrobe. Additionally, despite the extra charge for damages, a large round mirror was left precariously propped between the wall and the radiator in the bathroom, behind the door. It is not fixed to the wall, and opening the door causes it to hit the mirror. The towels provided also appeared worn and should be replaced.

Especially the interior was nice

− Late check in, and check in- instructions late

We enjoyed staying at the property. It’s only 20mins via Uber to get into Wigan.

A modern, clean, and comfortable property. The beds were firm and linen fresh. The kitchen spacious and inviting.

− Some clothes hangers in the cupboards would be a nice addition.
