Family stay
4.0Location, good spot for nearby attractions. Nice big windows and comfortable beds. There was an issue with the toilet and bedroom light but the hosts sorted this out on the first night and it was dealt with. Good service from the hosts.
− First appearance could not get car onto drive due to the gate not fully opening and there was rubbish and it was overgrown. The back garden was very untidy and overgrown with a fence panel down, holes in fence, rubbish at the bottom of garden and side of house, loose parts of broken wood and lots of dog poo still left in garden. The cooker extractor fan hose was away from the wall so did not feel comfortable using the cooker, a broken handle on a cupboard, no plug for kitchen sink to wash up. The cups, plates and cutlery were all dirty when went to use. There was a screw stuck up from conservatory flooring which we caught our foot on. Advertise as being suitable for a family, although there was 3 bedrooms there was only a 2 person dining table with 2 chairs in the kitchen, which seemed unpractical. We also spotted a few fleas in the living room. The bathroom door did not lock. Also no slippers or clothes rack as advertised and only had small towels
Our stay was so bad we had to book another hotel. We didn’t have a shower cause it was broken. The garden was a complete
