Great location for Singapore Ferry access

Great location on the harbour. Above a shopping mall with great food available. Apartment staff where very helpful. Laundry available for pick up and drop off. Outside restaurants on harbour side excellent. Very very easy access to ferries.

− Outside the harbourfront compound is a bit confronting and didn't feel safe. But inside...very safe

Perfect base for a quick lazy getaway

It's a perfect base for a lazy getaway where you just want to bunk in, watch your shows and make a quick exit at the end of your trip (because it's literally on top of the terminal building). Everything is at your arm's reach. It's not a hotel, but a condo of sorts. There is access to the gym, steam room and the pool.

− The head pillows were a little thin to our liking. More or thicker pillows would be awesome.

Great Batam location for getting a taste of what Batam has to offer.

Ideal location right above the ferry port with a vast variety of restaurants, shops and bars in the vicinity. The bedroom, lounge and balcony area were perfect for relaxing with the family.

One of the best stays I've had. I'm a frequent visitor to Batam. This is definitely in my top 3 places to book!

− The WiFi is the only issues I had during the stay. Other than that. I don't regret a penny.

Great location, clean and stylish apartment. HarbourBay might be the only clean area in Batam. Also great pool.

− Couch , but I have discopathy so I'm sensitive to that.

What I saw advertised on booking.com, was what we got.

1) The communication - with the owner, and the property manager, was excellent. It was quick, and contained pertinent as well as useful information (about the location etc.) 2) The location. The apartment is in the same building at which the ferry arrives/departs. This building has restaurants as well as hawker stalls, and numerous shops - including a grocery store. 3) The balcony. This apartment, was the only accommodation, that I found in Batam (Harbour Bay area) that had a balcony. Coming from a cold climate, we enjoy sitting outside late afternoon, and the balcony was perfect for that. 4) The size of the apartment was perfect for the two of us. In fact, I highly recommend this apartment to singles, couples, or couple with a small child only. (meaning; larger families will need a bigger apartment)

− We should have stayed longer. Ok seriously - nothing.
