1.0None of it - as the above reviews state, it was full of detritus out of the front of the property, and we were informed by local residents that it was part of the aforementioned "massage parlour" ilk. There were debt collectors' letters on the side of the view we could see through, and the letterbox was ripped off its hinges. Furthermore, the said "landlord", who we found at a close Chinese takeaway, led us to the letterbox to find no key there. It's a complete scam. Shame on Booking.com.

A SCAM
1.0This is a scam, money taken, welcome message but no lock box number , turned up , down a dark ally no lighting in a terrible area, after trying to contact host 10 times during day, left messages and only ever got the answer phone. Outside property a building site and looked through window and also was a building site, an absolute scam!!!! Had to call booking .com and sort alternative accommodation late at night, booking.com refunded me and gave compensation and were very good.

− Came for a family wedding but when we got to apartments it was all a big scam. Money had already been taken and no answer to calls or messages. Had to then spend another £225 to find somewhere else to stay as was 4 hours away from home.

Booking.com have also not responded to any requests for help/compensation and still have the property listed. I can only assume they are happy to take their cut and ignore what happens to the customer who has booked in good faith.
