10.0A repeat stay! Everything is excellent. Comfortable, clean. The house is in a nice, quiet area that is still pretty close to the town centre. There's good street parking just outside. Communications with the property management are excellent - any questions are answered very quickly. Very nice people.

10.0A property chosen because it was within walking distance of the Heart and Lung Centre at New Cross Hospital. My husband was unable to drive for a week and the property location gave us a local shop - five minutes walk - a large Azda supermarket - ten minutes walk - a park with seats. Quiet location on the edge of a large estate. The house, on two floors, was spacious with large living area and kitchen diner. The beds were comfortable and the whole property was clean. Good communication with the management. There are now tv,s in the bedrooms. The parking although not private was no problem.
− The main TV had no instuctions and no freeview. Difficult to find what was on. More cooking bowls, jugs, food containers etc would have been useful.

7.0Clean and had all the amenities promised.
− Hole in the floor at top of the stairs, no instructions for the shower which isn't common where I am from. Heat went out for a full day. Most annoying was that when I tried to contact them, they never responded. Eventually I made an international call to Booking.com and they responded 12 hours later. It's clearly run by a company that has no one on staff over the weekend.
