− This was the WORST apartment I've ever been to. The place is completely inaccessible by car, and to walk there you have to climb about 100 stairs. When I got there, after climbing all the stairs, I was still surprised because the code for the keys didn't work. I tried to call the owner, but she didn't answer. I spent half an hour crying at the door because I had climbed thousands of stairs, and in the end, the apartment wasn't available. A man saw me crying and called the owner, who promptly answered him, but not me. The air conditioning control didn't work, and I couldn't use the stove either. The Wi-Fi dropped all the time, and this was the worst place I've ever been. It's not even worth it for free. I tried to get a refund, but they denied it, claiming that the rules were clear about the location, which isn't true. They deceive people, and that's why they must be banned on the other platform.
