Very friendly staff. Good facilities. Had a driver available most of the time to take to restaurants or excursions. Had a few cockroaches but house keeping came quickly to remove for us.

− Located in a quiet area and you need to drive to even local restaurants when the tide is high (it was every evening).

Great job and services 👏 provided by Davis, the facility manager he was always available to check if anything is needed and provide support required. I would strongly recommend this villa for family. Also, chef fred was coming in for cooking, which was great, and did a great job cooking at home for us . We enjoyed the local food

Best of both worlds. You could remain secluded in your villa or enjoy the amenities of the resort if needed. Walk along the beach and find new restaurants. The pool in the villa was cleaned every morning. The stay includes a chef cooked breakfast. Breakfast was great but limited to an English breakfast (everyday).

− The property was cash only which made it hard at first to navigate. The closest atm was about a 3-5 minute drive away, but the atm fees were not worth it. Everything is in dollars but atms only provide shillings. There were tons of bugs which is to be expected would’ve liked an insect spraying to accompany room keeping. I saw a cockroach!

The property has a nice view, is the first facing the ocean, the villa is spacious, comfortable beds, nice furnish. A chef that will prepare you food will come every morning, and he is doing nice work.

− I did not like that when is a bit of rain, the villa looses electricity, and it’s nothing you can do, i did not like that in 5 days, no one came to treat the pool water, so we just did not entered the pool at all, the color of it was not clear, a person was coming each morning but just to clean the water at the surface. At the main pool, there is no one to help you with anything, no waitress no nothing. The prices of the food are expensive, the coffee is horrible, and if you don’t have your own car rented, you will be in problems. It’s nice to stay 1-2 days, but longer is very boring. Don’t take me wrong the villa is superb, but the other facilities are missing or are very bad.

Our brief yet unforgettable experience at Villa Shepherd was extremely rewarding. Despite our stay being only one night, we were extremely impressed by the beauty and elegance of the villa and its pool. Every detail was meticulously crafted with great attention and taste, reflecting impeccable care for comfort and aesthetics. We look forward to returning next year and spending at least ten days to fully appreciate everything Villa Shepherd has to offer.
