The location was excellent and it provided a short walk to the beach.

If the door was not unlocked we would not have been able to use the rental.

The layout and the location of the property was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. Overall, it was good value for people to have their own space.

− There were constant problems unlocking the property. When we arrived the property was unlocked but the code we were provided was wrong so if we locked the door we wouldn't be able to get back inside. The management company never answered the phone and still has not called us back after leaving a message. We were able to find the owners information in the house who was responsive and provided a new code. The second time we couldn't get into the property and had to wait for the maintenance to arrive. In all we were locked out of the unit for 45 minutes. The third time we had to wait for the owner. This resulted in us being locked out for an hour. He finally gave us the code to a lock box which had an actual key so we could get into the unit. This delay made my family late in getting ready for my brothers wedding. Very frustrating!!!!

We love VA beach and have plans to visit again
