Nous y étions à 7 personnes( 2 familles avec 3 adolescents).C'était une très belle villa très spacieuse qui est près de la plage.Tout l'équipement de cuisine et le reste de l'électroménager étaient neufs. Les lits étaient confortables. La villa et la piscine étaient propres.Nous y reviendrons!

It was good for our requirements, the layout worked for 5 adults but may struggle with full occupancy.

− For the ratings to be very good the kitchen and bathrooms would require an upgrade. Depending on what your requirements are it is quite isolated from amenities (shops).

Not at the level of expectations given the value for money.

Spacious home good for two families, walking distance to a close beach.

− The house is nice in photos, but it needs an update, as many things have deteriorated with time (ex: closets, drawers, window shades, main door closure, etc). There were no lights outside the garden as the light bulbs were broken, the swimming pool water was not clean as the filter did not work and maintenance had to come to fix it. The pool shower was full of leaves, mold, and snails and the terrace had not even been cleaned as was full of leaves. Regarding bed mattresses and cushions the worst I have seen in years, this should be considered in such a high-standard villa. By the way, the jacuzzi does not even work and we had water and electricity cuts, not a nice experience.

The villa is spacious, has a beautiful pool, foosball table, table tennis, pool table, a great barbecue and it is perfect for families with kids. The host was helpful and responsive. The location is perfect for a beach holiday, but there are not many shops walking distance.

− While the kitchen was well equipped, the equipment was quite old and not fully functioning. Overall the house lacked a bit of charm and maintenance - nothing serious, but it would benefit from some cosmetic work. We thought there were 4 bathrooms, but we only had 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
