The house is clean, child-friendly and comfy. The pool is pretty good. Matt is a nice guy too and we was around when we need to ask for something. Location is perfect. We had a very nice time and we will repeat.

− The only thing was the AC which is bit noisy for the rooms upstairs. If you need the AC at night and you're sensitive to noise/vibration, it can be an issue

The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and available, but not obtrusive. We had his contact details if we needed him for anything. The house was clean, well appointed, and air conditioned throughout. Private pool for use by only 8 - 10 apartments, cleaned and serviced every morning.

− I honestly cannot find fault. Such a nice experience. Would fully recommend to families, especially with pre-teen and teenage children.

The apartment is in a great location, in the center, close to the sea, with a swimming pool. Next to it there is everything we needed: shops, a bakery (delicious pastries, baked daily), a greengrocer, souvenir shops, restaurants serving delicious food. There is a car rental (Coral) on the other side of the street, service is fast and hassle-free, and the cars are really neat, well-equipped and at a good price. The owner of the apartment is Matt. Matt is a very nice and very helpful man. Contact with him from the very beginning was great. He was waiting for us on arrival to hand over the keys. He greeted us very nicely with a freshly baked brownie, fruits and a bottle of wine. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. Exactly as it can be seen in the pictures. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is fully equipped. An additional advantage is the terrace, where you can eat meals with family every day and spend time swimming in the pool in the meantime. I definitely recommend this place and city (Gennadi). You can relax there, rest, meet nice people. It is also a good starting point for those who like to practice water sports.
