Il resort è molto bello, curato e soprattutto pulito e profumato. Le camere sono delle vere suite: enormi e dotate di tutti i confort, (se devo trovare un difetto, non c’era lo stendi panni). Il fatto, che abbia l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia, è indubbiamente il suo punto di forza, soprattutto nelle torride giornate estive. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ( per il compleanno di mia figlia, le hanno fatto trovare una torta in camera, omaggiata da loro). La posizione è eccellente, perché ti permette di godere del mare ed allo stesso tempo, nel raggio di 15/30 minuti di raggiungere in taxi tutti i punti strategici della città. L’hotel, inoltre mette a disposizione dei clienti un servizio navetta ad orari prestabiliti per raggiungere, il Dubai Mall e l’Emirates Mall. Che dire… scelta eccellente, lo consiglio vivamente,

This was a well presented, well run establishment with some great staff and an excellent breakfast option. The only real downside was that it was located at the end of the Palm, where transport options were not good, and it was very inconvenient to get to areas without a vehicle or constant use of taxis. There is a shuttle bus that an be used, free of charge, to run to the city centre, but with only seven seats available, and a requirement to book 24 hours in advance, although this service was free, we only managed to secure runs on a couple of occasions. The staff are what made this visit worth it. Nice place, nice offerings, but an excellent team, and well worth visiting, as long as you are aware of the location constraints and transport needs. We look forward to visiting again.

Super clean, professional staff, great ambiance

Great place to stay at the palm!

We had a really great stay here at Th8 Palm. Our room was one of the suites towards the garden. It was an easy access to and from the restaurant, pools and beach. This was especially great since we travelled with two younger kids. The staff in all areas treated us with great service and respect which is something we really appreciated. All in all super happy about our stay amd would definitely come back again.
