8.0It was a nice hotel . They need to improve on the key system as you have to carry a bulky keychain nice seashell but way to big mounted to a piece of wood

8.0Everything went well. The staff are helpful and good overall. The location and hotel is beautiful. My only question is in regards to the room I booked, didn’t look as pictured - the standard triple room on Expedia has three beds along one wall, but the room I got wasn’t like that.

10.0Property was walking distance and people were very friendly . A plus is Ac and water . Restaurants need a bit of help with staffing waited a long time for drinks .

10.0Place was really clean and staff was amazing. My daughter had left her AirPods and realized once we had arrived in Rio Dulce. I called to ask in case they found them if they could ship them as we would be in another town for the next few days. We had a call later that day saying they had found the AirPods and sent them via local mail the very next day. P.S the Piña Colada at the hotel is expensive but great. It’s a must try.
