Comfy Small Town Stay
10.0Excellent “mom and pop” establishment in a great small town. Really felt the small town America experience and loved it along with the whole family. Absolutely welcoming management. 10/10 (Also, beautiful starry night sky!)

6.0Property was very nice, cottage was beautiful with its decorations and atmosphere! Some problems I encountered was being unable to reach/contact the front office. Also had problems in which the thermostat did not work and encountered issues with cooking since the smoke alarm kept going off with light cooking. Other than that the cottage is very beautiful and the view of the sky at night is something to enjoy very much.
Peaceful stay
8.0We arrived late in the evening and our instructions were pinned for the board outside. We were staying in the Stargazer loft above the office. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The bed was comfy, proper towels, not those tiny things you get in most hotels and a fully working kitchen. It’s about 30 mins drive to Yosemite gates but it’s wonderfully quiet and the stars are amazing. Would have liked housekeeping each day, think booking.com says it’s there but I believe you have to request it and we didn’t realise. Owners were friendly and helpful.

10.0The view was very nice. The air felt so clean and it was so peaceful. The staff was very nice even when we had seen them outside of the office. The garden cottage which we stayed in was clean and had all the kitchen necessities for cooking and cleaning. The WiFi worked very well for me. Overall a great experience! I would love to stay there again. 👍
Average stay, but with really comfortable beds
6.0We checked in an hour after regular check in hours ended (by prior arrangement), and was met by Gary. He was very friendly, and welcoming, and showed us to our lodge. We’d had an 11 hour flight and a subsequent 5 hour drive (due to heavy traffic) up to Ahwahnee, and just wanted to get some sleep - but there was a bit of confusion about where the key to our lodge was. After some chasing, Gary found us a key and we settled in for the night. The lodge was comfortable (the beds especially), but we did feel that it could do with being a bit cleaner, for the price paid.
