− On our last day of stay, two gift bags we bought were taken from our room. We approached the reception staff and they did nothing about it. The bags were not returned to us. We feel a complete lack of security.

We have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world, but I can genuinely say that the level of hospitality, kindness, and personal attention we experienced at Brown Acropol was unlike anything we have ever encountered. From the very beginning, the entire reception team was incredibly professional, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. But there is one person who truly deserves special recognition: STEVE! Steve is an absolute gem and a true example of what outstanding hospitality should look like. He treated us not simply as hotel guests, but as if we were members of his own family. We were celebrating a very special occasion, and Steve went out of his way to make it unforgettable. He personally arranged a beautiful surprise in our room, with lovely decorations, balloons, a fruit platter, and thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. What impressed us most wasn’t just the surprise itself, but the genuine care, attention to every little detail, and personal effort he put into everything. Steve was always available to answer our questions, assist with anything we needed, and even made himself reachable through his personal phone to ensure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. This is not something you experience every day, even in the most luxurious five-star hotels. And that is exactly what makes hospitality truly exceptional. It’s not just about beautiful rooms or facilities. It’s about the people who make you feel valued, cared for, and genuinely welcome. Steve and the wonderful reception team didn’t just make our stay enjoyable. They turned our entire trip into a beautiful and unforgettable memory. To Steve, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Barátságos receptció,tiszta hangulatos szállás,Steve folyamatosan tartotta velünk a kapcsolatot nagyon jó arc volt végig sokat segítettek az utitársamnak a szülinapi meglepetésben. Szép kilátás van a tetőn. Finom ételek,jó koktélok,kellemes masszázs,Modern szobák.Előbb kellett kimennünk a reptérre így nem tudtunk reggelizni a hotelben,de elvihető boxot készítettek nekünk. Napi szinten írt Steve,ha volt valami azonnal segített.Kellemes nyugodt 4nap volt,jövőre biztosan visszatérünk hozzájuk.
