8.0Staff were great. Hotel was very clean. Could walk easily to the Old Port (18 minutes) and to other sites/areas nearby such as Le Panier.

6.0The property and the room were both clean and the room was spacious, with an attached kitchenette. What I was disappointed with was that tea and coffee were only provided for the first night's stay, which I learned when I asked for tea/coffee on the second night (the staff member was very kind to give me some despite this rule). For a four star hotel, rationing tea/coffee for only one night is very cheap and falls below the standard I would expect for this star rating.

10.0Bathroom mirror needs replacing as the water has destroyed the backing. The shower showerhead needs fixing and you need better pillows. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, and the place was very, very clean.
