朝食の予約が、キッチリ深夜０時を過ぎたらできなかった。 交通の便が悪いので、金浦空港からタクシーに乗ろうとしたが、中途半端に近いせいか、繁忙期だったからか、タクシーは断られ、急遽ウーバーのアプリを入れたが、結局１時間ぐらい待たされたため、深夜のシャトルバスもあるといいと思いました。

帰る便が早朝便で、配車アプリでタクシーが来ない可能性がでてきてしまったので、チェックアウト時呼んでもらえるか聞いたら、快く受けてくれました。早朝チェックアウトしたときもすぐにタクシーが来て、ほんとうに助かりました。 ホテルのジムは写真よりかなりしょぼかったけど、それ以外はとても良いです。

Hotel not well maintained

You cannot get a taxi from the hotel to nearby restaurants in the area because a 10 minute drive is “too close” and not worth their time. The nearest food place was the outlet mall food court which was a 15-20 minute walk (in the rain). Other restaurants are not close walking (25-45 minute walk). It was raining the whole time we were there so it was really frustrating that we couldn’t get a taxi to a nearby restaurant. The taxis will only pick up from this hotel if you are driving into Seoul proper (a minimum 30 minute or farther away drive). The hotel would not book a taxi for us and seemed rather irritated at our request. There was no hot water in the shower so I had to take an ice cold shower. I would not recommend this place and will never stay here again. Especially if you need taxi service and can’t or don’t want to walk everywhere. I’ve never stayed at hotel that refused taxi service and told you that your only option is to walk unless you are going far enough outside of the area. We were tired and hungry when we arrived and were hoping to drop our bags and go get something to eat. Such a simple standard task when checking into a hotel, but not at this hotel. Nothing but issues for the most simple and basic things.

Too far from everything. Gym closed early, not good for international travelers, room was clean but bed not that comfortable and airport shuttle only takes to closest one
