The Hotel team made this lovely hotel into an outstanding place to stay.

We loved everything about this hotel and the very friendly staff made it. The location of the hotel and the facilities were exceptional. We really enjoyed our days visiting many places and locations in New York and as the subway was so close by it was easy for us to get around. Would recommend this to everyone.

− We didn’t like that is was far far away from Scotland. Nothing to say negatively about this hotel.

The location is great, very close to the subway. The room is small, but it has everything you need, and it worked very well for me. The bed was super comfortable, and there’s a small table in the room, so you can work from there if needed. I worked from the room for two days as I was working UK hours, and it was very convenient. The Wi-Fi was superb! The breakfast has everything you need, with fresh items constantly being replenished. Overall, if you’re travelling for a business trip, this is a very good choice.

Pay direct to the hotel to avoid losing your room!

I have stayed at Citizen M locations previously so I knew what to expect going into my stay. The bed is not a walk around. It is surrounded on 3 wides so you have to crawl in which can be uncomfortable when you are not alone for your stay.

− I had called ahead to advise the hotel of a late arrival to avoid my room being canceled. I was told it was noted. When my daughter and I arrived to the hotel at 12:30am, we were advised that the hotel had been overbooked and that they were trying to find us a room at another hotel. We sat at the hotel for 3 hours. Ultimately (as suggested by another guest in the same situation) I called other Marriot properties myself and found a room. I do not blame the employees for this issue but rather the hotel policy. The only contingency plan in place is to call other properties randomly to see if they can fit you in. This is a ridiculous situation to put a guest in especially after a lng day of travel! I would not suggest this hotel for that reason. Additionally, there are a lot of drug users passed out or sleeping in the court yard of the property. There was security so I did not feel unsafe but Marriot should try some type of intervention to help the community around them!

Apesar do quarto ser minúsculo, ele possuía uma cama confortável e uma boa tecnologia embarcada. O chuveiro era bom (mas não excelente como costumam ser os dos hotéis americanos). Alguns funcionários atenciosos principalmente uma que ficava no Bar.

− Hotel possui uma quantidade enorme de drogados na frente dele. Existe próximo um abrigo de dormitório de moradores de rua próximo e fica muita gente usando drogas logo na frente dele cheiro chega a ser horrível. Apesar deles indicarem 2 garagens para estacionar seu carro, as duas funcionam apenas até as 22 horas. ou seja Chegamos após e o hotel não pode fazer nada encontramos outro estacionamento de 24 horas sozinhos. Deveria informar no e-mail que recebemos que os estacionamentos indicados pelo hotel não funcionam 24 horas.
