A nice flat in a good location, plus decent response from staff when I made an enquiry

− Horrendously hot with no fan or Aircon - it was so uncomfortably hot that we couldn’t stay in the flat for any length of time and had to get up for cold showers in the night. Would recommend if they just provided cooling, but wouldn’t stay there again without this

− I stayed here for two nights and was extremely disappointed by the condition and cleanliness of the property. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the place had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. I found three toenail clippings on the floor, one in the living room and two in the bedroom, which was completely unacceptable and very unhygienic. The kitchen was also in a poor state. The cutlery drawer was dirty, one of the knives still had food residue on it, and the dishwasher had a terrible odour, making me question the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. The pillowcases on the sofa cushions were filthy and clearly hadn't been washed, which only added to the impression that the property had not been cleaned thoroughly between guests. The bathroom also raised concerns. The bottom of the bathtub was extremely slippery when showering, to the point that it felt unsafe and verging on dangerous. This is something that should be addressed to prevent someone from slipping and injuring themselves. When we first entered the property, the temperature inside was suffocatingly hot. It was so uncomfortable that we had to leave the property for a while until it had cooled down enough to be bearable. Overall, the standard of cleanliness and maintenance fell well below expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless the host significantly improves the cleaning and upkeep of the property. Guests should be able to expect a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay, and unfortunately this property did not meet those expectations. There was also a broken window in one of the bedrooms.

It is a lovely apartment nice furnished and comfortable Good kitchen (you can use the hob,oven and microwave to make simple meals), you have the use of a fridge and they provide cutlery,plates, cups, washing up liquid) Spacious and open plan 2 nice bedrooms Lovely bathroom and they leave you with hand-wash, shower gel and towel Good location for exploring Sheffield city centre or the surrounding areas Onside parking

− Communication about our parking fob was slow-we had to chase booking.com We had to de-ice the fridge We were happy with our stay, but initial communication and defrosting the fridge knocked a few points off.
