A bit expensive for what you get. Rooms are small

The staff here are amazing and the location is a great place close to convenient stores, restaurants and eating places. The people in the area are friendly and welcoming. Thankful for the late check out at no extra cost. The hotel smells fresh and the complimentary apples at reception an added bonus.

− We booked 4 rooms which were all different. The rooms are very small. We had a twin room which was big enough for the two of us but there is not much room to move around especially with our baggage. 2 of the superior rooms we booked came without a shower door. I'm not sure if this was normal or not. The shower and toilet are in the same room with no door separating the two, so when you showered, the floor would also get wet. We moved the single beds in the twin rooms to the sides creating space in the middle to store our bags and upon doing this, it revealed so much dust on the floor underneath the beds. The bed was a bit hard. Very minor issue. I have stayed in many hotels, but based on standards and the money we paid per room, this has to be one of the most overpriced hotels I have stayed in The window in our room opens up to the roof outside. there's really nothing to look out to, The toilet paper wasn't a roll but toilet tissue. The rooms are dated and there's only 1 lift servicing the whole hotel.

部屋が清潔で内装が綺麗でした。特に、ベッドの寝心地が良かったです。

− 部屋に窓が無い点。尤も、昼間は外出しているので支障はありませんでした。MRTの駅から歩くと距離があるのですが、目の前に33番バスが通っているためバスでMRT駅まで出られるので慣れれば問題ありません。

The staff were good problem solvers and were very helpfull
