The hotel has a great location, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast – the food was fresh and tasty. Overall, there were many positive aspects to our stay despite the small issues mentioned above.

− We stayed as a group of three in a double room with an extra bed. Unfortunately, from the moment we checked in, it felt as though the room had only been prepared for two guests. Some basic items were missing for the third person, including bedding, a cup in the bathroom, and some of the complimentary toiletries. The drinking water situation was particularly disappointing. Only one bottle of water was provided for three guests for the entire four-night stay, and it was never replenished. For a 4-star hotel, this was quite surprising. Breakfast was tasty and the food quality was good, but the selection felt somewhat limited, especially when it came to side dishes. There were also several small but noticeable details in the room. There was a bathtub, but no bath plug, making it impossible to actually use it as a bath. There was no toilet brush, and no slippers were provided either. While each of these things may seem minor individually, together they significantly affected our impression of the hotel. Overall, the stay was not terrible, and the food was good, but the level of service and attention to detail did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel in this price category. Considering the price we paid, we expected much better preparation of the room and more attention to basic guest comfort. Unfortunately, based on our experience, the price-to-quality ratio was disappointing.
