It was convenient to walk to many big attractions (12 min walk to Trevi Fountain, 15 min to Spanish Steps, 20 min to Colosseum). There is also a taxi rank 200m away, and of course many restaurants and shops. The building is very charming on the inside, starting with a lovely mosaic floor in the foyer, a mini elevator or marble steps, and beautiful carved wood doors. Located on the fourth floor, it was quiet at all hours. The decor is also lovely with Rome theme throughout, yet modern. Important to some may be air conditioning in the rooms. Apin provides everything you could need for a greats stay; the breakfast area with a variety of fruits, pastries, breads,and cereal, plus a caffé machine available 24 hours. Toiletries in the room, and extras like luggage storage, and umbrellas for rainy days make it an extra special stay. The best part may be Apin herself! A most gracious, warm and considerate host who is very helpful and kind.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren. Apin tuvo una atencion muy buena. Estaba muy limpio siempre, te dejan un par de botellas de agua todos los dias.

− Si tuviese que mencionar algo, es que el agua caliente demoraba mucho en salir. Pero forzando buscar algo

La posizione centrale ma tranquilla, la pulizia, il letto comodo, l’attenzione ai dettagli (ciabattine usa e getta, 1 bottiglietta di acqua gratuita al giorno nel frigobar), la gentilezza e l’ospitalità della proprietaria

L’emplacement est idéal. La propreté de la chambre. Elle est spacieuse, la salle de bain aussi. La qualité de l’accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôte

− Le petit déjeuner est un peu limité en termes de variétés et disponibilités de produits.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was well equipped and we were able to access it at any time..no set breakfast hours. This is the perfect comfortable place to stay and the location is excellent to visit the sites of Rome.
