צוות המלון מאוד מסביר פנים, קיבלנו את החדר מוקדם בשעה 11.00 בערך ונתנו לנו לעשות לייט צ׳ק אאוט בשעה 18.30 כי הטיסה שלנו מאוחרת ממש , מאוד נדיב מצידם. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ומגוונת בקומת הגג עם נוף משגע (שכשהגענו קיבלנו שובר למשקה על הגג , ממליץ לנצל בשקיעה יש מוזיקה ומלא אנשים ואווירה ממש טובה) חדר גדול ומרווח מאוד נקי והכל חדש עם שירות מעל לכל הציפיות

− הכל אהבנו במיוחד המיקום קורה לכל האתרים בין הקולוסיאום וכיכר ונציה לבין המנהרה שמובילה למזרקת טרווי ולפנתאון מיקום ואיזור נפלא

Lovely hotel with nice amenities.

Very clean with very attentive staff at both reception and at rooftop restaurant both evening and morning.

− I had booked for two beds and ended up with a room with only one bed. Given we were already assigned the room we didn’t bother to request a change as we were very tired.

The hotel was modern and the room was clean. Decent location.

− I had to add an extra night and was billed $900.00 dollars for one night, when the original cost was not that per night. Reached out to hotel and they could not answer the question and told me I need to take it up with booking.com? Never had where the hotel was not able to answer my questions of charges! Also, was charged three nights in advance and had no additional charges at the hotel. Therefore, when I had to leave in the morning in a hurry with my keys left in the room. I did not appreciate your staff chasing me down outside like I was stealing. You have my credit card on file and already charged me way in advance compared to other hotels!!!

הינו במלון 3 ימים כשהגענו לרומא ועוד לילה אחרון בסיום. התחשבו בבקשה שלי לחדר שקט, כשחזרנו שידרגו לחדר נהדר, וחיכתה לנו שמפניה בחדר!. ארוחת הבוקר בקומה החמישית מקסימה. הצוות שרותי מאד ועוזר בכל בקשה. המיקום בקצה של שכונת מונטי מעולה. תודה גדולה ומיוחדת לMaddalena שדאגה לנו לעזיבה מאוחרת ביום האחרון ב20.00 וללא תוספת תשלום. זה היה פינוק יצא דופן. ממליצה על המלון בחום רב!
