Staff was extremely nice and breakfast was good . Air conditioning was good

− Beds absolutely horrible. We didn’t sleep for 2 nights . Extremely small rooms and even smaller bathroom

Our stay here was wonderful! We would come back.

The Dedo Boutique Hotel is in a great location. In different directions, it is a 15-20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, the Florence Duomo, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, Medici Chapel, and the main train station. The staff is very nice and attentive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and effective. I like that they have a double bed and 2 twin beds, since we were traveling with our two kids. The breakfast (included) was the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in a hotel - an assortment of meats and cheeses, pastries, mini pizzas, cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, etc. It was very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

床舖舒服乾淨。大致安靜。員工有禮。地方大致足夠。以小型酒店來說是可以的。

− 希望早餐可提供多點熱食。掛衣位加燈照明。

A hospitalidade dos funcionários é maravilhosa, fazem muito além do que o esperado. Te auxiliam em tudo e tornam a experiência muito mais tranquila. Não tinha café da manha, mas está sempre disponível café, chá e muitas delícias que podem pegar e comer no quarto, levar para passeios …..Outro ponto é a localização, excelente!!!!!! Muito próximo (15-20 min) a vários pontos turísticos de Roma e a pontos de ônibus. Não poderia deixar de falar do quarto, do conforto, ar condicionado….
