− Bed was a bit hard and air con noisy

Great location for everything Venice on the canal.

Location was fantastic right on the canal, easy access to water taxis, gondolas, and restaurants. Easy walk over just one bridge from train station. Was perfect for us and they provided a mini fridge with some perfect drinks for us.

− Trash boats were a little loud early morning.

Charming rooms but very noisy!

Lovely old building, set right on the Main Street coming from the train station. Lots of good restaurants and bars near by and walking distance to water bus stops. The room was comfortable and clean, and the AC worked well.

− Unfortunately having the scenic location of being right on the water came with near constant water way traffic. Beeps and horns and machinery loading and unloading, drop offs etc. The garbage boat parked directly outside our window making large amounts of noise from 6:30am until around 9:30am every day of stay which was incredibly disruptive for sleep.

Only stayed one night. Room was small but decent and clean.

− Bed was a little firm for my liking but more or less what I've come to expect in Italy!

Wonderful location, and Anne old Palazina - great value and very friendly and welcoming hosts.

− Nothing not to like.

View, location and staff.

− No coffee machine in the room. Ceiling for shower too low for shower. Loft convertion nice but a but low. About no breakfast included is negative but everywhere around has nice coffee shops.
