Place clean

− We arrived our rooms where not done they were still cleaning at we arrived around 15:00 , water was not hot and generator was so loud the whole nite

It’s not a place I would remember or look forward to go to again.

Location precise and neat outside

− Visibly stained towels for guests Cold breakfast with no options to choose from Cutlery not clean Bathroom sink/tap not clean WiFi is just advertised as an extra but it doesn’t work at all Water issue, the sooner u bath, the better

Friendliness of the staff

− The rooms don't have a microwave and an air conditioner which poses a challenge especially when the weather is cold we were freezing 🥶 in the night. The only thing that is disturbing is that they don't charge you the price you see on the booking.com platform. We were told the additional payment was for the commission which we felt that it was unfair for us because they're using the platform and should incur the cost but not the client.

Other guests playing loud music disturbing my sleep and quietness.

I liked the space and the furniture, they were all good and comfortable. I also liked that they had utensils and gradients to make tea. And that i could do my herbal tea whenever I needed to.

− I didn't like the TV, wifi wasn't connecting. The was no signal. Also the toilets had no lid and the tap on the sink was broken. Also the water wasn't always hot. And they allow other guests next to your room to play loud music, which disturbed my sleep and peace. I was comfortable until, the guests ne t to my room held an actual party with load music and lot of guests. I needed quietness. There is a hall for events. They should have went there and play their music there not in the rooms, because the rooms are like an apartment. One house has two rooms. So they didn't respect other guests....they were playing music too loud and making lot of noise shouting and singing. For me that wasn't okay, they should consider and respect other guests.
